Yeah I have my round off backflip down well but not my full on ground. I got my full on trampoline tho
i agree, i learned mine 6 years ago and never did it again. this year i tried again and got it in about 5 minutes, after you learn you basically never forget

is it a big problem when I do my full the opposite whey then the Roundoff?
Mmh, like me, some guys just do that but it's a little bit (or much) harder for us because when you do the round off you gain some spin momentum, it is helpful when you do your twist on the good side x)

It's not a problem but is just really hard for trips and quads.
Yeah it can be a bit more difficult, but you don't NEED to relearn your roundoff in order to do it. It just depends on what you want your style to be and if you want to take the time to relearn your roundoff. I roundoff and full opposite directions, but I can still do even roundoff triple full on airtrack and roundoff double full on spring floor with opposite twist and roundoff.

Is it correct to roundoff with the right arm but full twist to the left shoulder? My coach says it's better learn to twist to my right shoulder also, but relearning a trick is quite a challenge for me

What should i do if i keep over rotating my back fulls? I ether go backwards into an Arabian faster than i can finish spinning, or just do a 720 onto my back.
Do you spot the ground? few common mistakes:
- Too much over rotation in the round off
- Not spotting the ground after taking off

So, when you do your full, you do an Arabian with another half twist. Is that better than going upside down and then twisting?

It really depends on you, but I would change my round off if it depends on me!
