Alex takes you through setting up your Bluetooth and setting up and using the Wireless Charging Station in the all new Yukon Denali.
Wireless charging enables you to charge your phone without ever having to disconnect or reconnect cables. Your wireless charging system is located in either your hidden storage bin or on the top of the center console armrest for your convenience and easy access, and is compatible with the PMA 1.0, WPC 1.0 and WPC 1.1 specifications.
We recommend consulting your carrier to determine if your phone has built-in wireless charging technology or whether a wireless capable back cover is required. The Nokia Lumia 928 is one device that features built-in wireless charging technology. Other models whose back covers have been replaced to work with wireless charging include, but are not limited to: the iPhone 4, iPhone 5, Galaxy S3, and the Galaxy S4.

So, you were able to get your iPhone 6 Plus to charge wirelessly as it was tilted in the narrow charging pad? Am I understanding correctly that the phone does not have to lay flat?

We just got a 15 Denali, by bro in law has a Denali truck and sis n law has a Tahoe. None of us can get the wireless charging to work. They all have iPhone that charge wireless. Just won't on the console. Which is why I came to video. It didn't help. 2019

Labinot Elshani i have the same prb...yukon denali 2017 and iphone X is not working on wireless charging pad. I guess for iphones he is saying to get a third party device 🙄 what is the purpose of wireless charging if we need something else for that charging! I rather charge my phone with a car charger
Mubarak Al Thani pad works fine, iPhones just don’t support the type of wireless charging used in the car. I’m sure car toys could switch it out
It should be noted that there is an early model of the 2015 and it doesn't have the capability for onboard wifi, nor does it have the wireless charger. Sad day.
When I first got my Yukon the Charging worked great on my galaxyS6 then it was intermittent (brought it to the dealer and they argued black and blue that I need a special case.......which in the s6 it is built in.....and it used to work), now it doesn't work at all. Replaced my S6 with a new S6 and it still didn't work. Bugged them again at the dealer and they said I have to unpassword protect my phone and leave my phone with them for the day......not acceptable IMO. Called GM Canada and they don't care either. Enjoy my $90,000 CAD GM Canada.
