Are you referring to investing? You can wholesale, subject 2, owner finance, but I’m not sure what you are referring to.

I would recommend using a hard money lender or getting a private lender to give you the funds. Usually you can expect a lender to loan you money based on the asset.

Like most city people stay where they comfortable and where they can afford.
@@livinginhouston6775 I understand I just ask because I have lived in both segregated and non segregated cities I’m from Illinois and lived in West Palm Beach, Puerto Rico and now Fort Collins CO
I do not feel that The Houston Area is segregated. There are areas where you will see more of one race then the next but Houston is definitely a melting pot.
Lots of mosquitoes and bugs also horrible 100f weather for months and not a lot of choices of food unless u live in dangerous south west
I’m not sure where you live in Houston but there are plenty of food options and I spoke about some of the challenges living in Houston on my previous videos.
