It’s totally the guy originally from Idaho, then sold real estate in Oregon, then moved to Texas and acts like he knows the ins and outs of all these places. He doesn’t… and that’s ok. Just don’t misinform people who are trusting you to guide them with their real estate purchase.

First time homebuyers are great and I have worked with a lot of them! My lenders have special programs for them too!

The trees really start out in Tomball woodlands and go further out.
Katy and cypress are more flat with fewer trees.

Ma’am you are speaking facts. I have definitely thought about that. I don’t want a large team. Like if you are who I see in the marketing is who I want to talk too. Also you are right. That person is not a realtor I noticed cause they aren’t on the HAR and it says honestly in the notes. Let’s just say I was stationed in Mountain Home Idaho so I know the kind. The videos are great for the showcases.
When I heard someone say they have and in to have you only pay $1k for construction I was just waiting for someone else (cause i watch a lot of videos). Looking like you are fighting for control in videos ain’t great either th er but maybe the flow will get better.
The one with a cameraman aren’t super in sync.

Is Tomball a flood zone?
Parts of it are yes. Every area has drainage areas. It just depends on neighborhood. I’m happy to look any of them up for you.
