I do not feel that The Houston Area is segregated. There are areas where you will see more of one race then the next but Houston is definitely a melting pot.

I’m not sure where you live in Houston but there are plenty of food options and I spoke about some of the challenges living in Houston on my previous videos.

I would recommend using a hard money lender or getting a private lender to give you the funds. Usually you can expect a lender to loan you money based on the asset.

Beautiful house; however, hard to appreciate totally in the manner it was shown. I’d start with the office and power room; bypass the primary closet to enter the bedroom through the door opposed to the closet, instead backtracking showing the right side of the home. Moving forward, left to right, and door to door. Eventually entering the great room and using the same concept. Establish the layout so the viewer isn’t lost unable to follow along with you. I personally want to feel like I’m walking through the property with you, but it felt like I was in a snow globe, lol Beautiful home. Thanks for showing it!

😂 I showed a few homes in Conroe about a month ago and it took me an hour 10mins with no traffic! It is definitely a hike from League City.

You are right Houston have the biggest medical center in the world,but there are a few ports that are bigger for example LA has the biggest port as far as tonnage. Houston is around number 4 or 5, but great add.

I agree. Harvey hit near corpus but we rained for 4 days. I was stuck in water for 3 days until I could leave luckily my car was in a parking garage but I was level 1 in Meyer land apartments. So much flooded despite not having a direct hit. What party? Bruh clearly did nothing to help anyone else either during recovery. I lost everything and still went out to help people. These are the kind of people that move to Texas and don’t have any southern compassion or thought for anyone else 🤦🏿‍♂️

I believe you did not listen to the video clearly! I stated some people have Hurricane parties. Also I lived in the Houston are my whole life and grew up off the coast,so I have help people with gutting homes, relocating, and providing food. I think your comment is more specific to your situation not the greater Houston area.

@@livinginhouston6775 No it isn’t. Most of the city flooded that had never flooded prior nor was it in a flood zone. FEMA had to redraw the maps after Harvey. You know little about anything Houston related.

I think your response to my comment does make any since. Certain area of Houston has always had issues with flooding I.E Meyerland. Due to Houston area growth and lack of infrastructure regarding drainage some areas where hit hard then others. Harvey was definitely a huge impact on the Houston area and I’m not trying to make lite of the devastation.

Like most thing with growth you will have challenges. People relocating to Houston will not be slowing down no time soon. It is one of the most affordable major cities in the country.

Unfortunately Hwy6/1960 does not go through out the city of Houston. Hwy6/1960 does run through southwest to Cypress/Spring.

Sorry Fiona that I’m just now seeing your post ,but I have not heard of many people complaining about Californians relocating to Texas. As far as the Art scene go, I have seen growth within in the Houston area.

Just ignore them because Houston is a melting pot of various cultures, at least around 257 people move here everyday. Just make sure to have a car, a job lined up, and extra money just incase things happen.

I pay $2100 downtown houston and rent in Santa Monica is $2000 a month but employers here do not want to pay you the big bucks. House near downtown? You need 1.2 million house in the hollywood hills is 1.5 and appreciates faster. Sure you could go all the way out to katy but its far and it sucks out there unless you want to hang out at walmart and bars every weekend.

Florida was one of the states we consider relocating to. Thank you as well!

It is like Florida in that we have beaches like Galveston, Port Bolivar, down to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. It's much more sprawling than there however. So transportation and heat are another major difference. We don't have gators too much though we do have a quite a few. The main difference is safety.
