Why doesn't mine work?
How do you change from C to F?
Could you please tell where is the temperature sensor?
Built-in the Remote
@DIGITEN Victor on mine, the current temp is 73 degrees. Run is set to 68, stop set to 78.
73 is within the run/stop set to heating. But the heater doesn't turn on unless the run temp is higher than the current temp. Meaning, I now have to adjust the run to 1 degree higher (74), in order for it to run. This is annoying bc you'd assume it should turn on at any temp between the run stop range. But it doesn't. This is also evidenced in this video without mention, why?
Hello. You have misunderstood the way the thermostat works. Indeed any digital thermostat.
In the situation you describe, with the temperatures you mention, the thermostat is in the phase of letting the room temp fall until it reaches the run temp of 68, at which time it will turn on the heater. The room temp will rise, and the thermostat will turn off when it reaches 78. Process repeats.
68-78f gives you a range of 20f, this is too large of a range for heating a space. You will get far better performance, consistent temps, with a range of 3 or 4f.
Is there a PDF of the manual on line?

About halfway down, below "product information", above "video's" is a "product guides and documents" where there is a PDF link.
Where is the video about stopping the alarms
Change the alarm value to OF
@@digitenvictor1532 there’s no such option in SET though?
@@quidditistful Pls tell me your order id, may be yours is old version
@@digitenvictor1532
Ya I know that! But the method in the instructions does NOT work. The alarm will not go off. Can you please describe how to turn it off? And please don't quote the instructions , I have those. Or add detail to the instructions, because something is missing. Had it set up in 2 minutes, except that annoying alarm. I just got it today, so I assume it is a new model, from Amazon. Thank You

This device will not work if your heater has a built-in thermostat. It will also not work for a air conditioner.
Hello, Please set the heater gear to max
Yes, it will work with heaters with thermostats. Just turn them up to full. It's not rocket surgery.
@@paulraymond1804 I believe you meant to say ( Rocket science )
@@davidpedder9048 no, I meant to say rocket surgery. It's a joke, a deliberate mixing of sayings.
I did buy one those and just worked for one week, after that just quit.
I don't recommend this item. It is trash

Turns off no problem. Doesn't turn back on.
In heating mode, when the current temp is lower than RUN temp, the heating device will be on; in cooling mode, when the current temp is higher than RUN temp, the cooling device will be on.
@@digitenvictor1532 Yeah I know. The heater I had was too fancy with too many different electronic settings and controls. I had to plug in a more basic ceramic heater and it worked.

@@PanopticWebDesign If current temp is less than 68, the heater will on. First time, the current temp is higher than Run temp, so the heater will don't turn on, because the current meet the range you set. Or you can set RUN temp to 74, so the heater will on.Thanks.
This didn’t help one bit.
