Yes, a very nice song! Good lyrics, good singing, mandolin, catchy guitar solo! Well done! I have never recorded music in a professional recording studio, only home recording, but nowadays with recorders such as Zoom H4n etc. you can have a decent recording quality, I also use Audacity, which is totally sufficient. No other DAW is needed!
