First of all tell me what is the status of PIN login? Is it enabled or disabled? If enabled then reset the PIN in, Windows 10 OS v1809 it accepts 6 digit pin. IF it is disabled then merge the registry file and follow the video. Then set your Windows Hello.
Mostly when we update our Windows OS version from old version to new version in Windows 10, it removes our credentials specially PIN sometime v1809 removed our total user profile also. In old version it was accepting 4 digit PIN but v1809 accepts 6 Digit PIN.

First of all amazing video. Explained with every detail. However , I am facing an issue. I have downloaded the REG file and converted it to a notepad format but I am not getting the option of "MERGE" upon doing right click. Can you suggest on the same.
Dont convert it to note pad. After downloaded the reg file just double click on it you will get merge option.

Mostly users are facing this issue when they upgrade/update windows old version to new version sometime user are not able to set face login or fingers print login they are not able to enable Window Hello

I'm very glad to see your supports to many people. Seem I have same issue that you mention in the video, I tried all solutions that you mentioned but It did not work. My laptop is Lenovo X1 Carbon 3rd, Win 10 pro version 1809 (Os build 17763.348).
Now in the Setting/Windows Hello it shows: "This device doesn't meet your organization's requirements for Windows Hello" and "Face and Fingerprint recognition are not available on this device".
Note: After I reset windows, I use PIN with 4 digits, then when I change PIN it only accepts 6 digits. And I also can not find Biometric in the Device Manager.
So could you please help me in this trouble. Thanks so much.
1. Lenovo is not giving the drivers update for v1803 or v 1809. You can try with old version of all biometric, figure print, camera and sensor drivers for windows 10.
2. Now Windows 10 v1809 only accepts 6 digits PIN login. Before going to enable windows hello you need to set you 6 digits PIN login.
3. If you are unable to see any login option in sign-in Option in your windows settings then follow my all steps as mentioned in the video and merge the downloaded file then restart then try for set pin login then it will allow to set windows login.
4. You can uninstall only biometrics drivers from device manager then restart and then update your windows OS it will automatically download and update you device's drivers.
5. If you fail to do this or steps are not work for your device then you have to wait for new windows 10 version update for your device manufacturer or contact to windows support and Lenovo support customer care.

Install WinRar software on you system then extract and merge the .reg file with admin rights

Hi, I have HP Probook 450G2. I had recently upgraded to Win 10 Pro. I am unable to download the file from your shared folder. It shows error : Cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive.
My fingerprint is validated upon starting the laptop. However I am unable to use biometrics for locked screen. Settings - Windows Hello fingerprint shows error "Something went wrong. Try again later". Setup is greyed

Now set PIN for pin login it is mendetory ok then log off and login by your PIN. Then try to set face login you will able to do this ok. Note- Windows new version accepted 6 digits PIN ok

Hi Cemil, not possible if you are doing same to same it will work definitely this video 🎥 I composed specially for Surface Book users. Please check agin if you missed something. And first off all you need to update your window os this will update your Bio-Metric driver also.

Actually I was in the insider program all features were working but 18305 version was very buggy so I made decision to rollback stable windows 1809. @@Lex-Rex Do one thing uninstall biometric sencer figure print driver then restart the system. After that login in the system then update you window it will start download and install drivers automatically ok once your finish update restart the system again

What was your fingerprint driver name.. Which year did it belong to?
Just update your windows it will automaticly update all drivers also. This video blongs to permission issue. And as I checked all windows 10 versions of 1607, 1703, 1709 1803. Now the latest Windows 10 version is 1809 and next upcoming version is 1903. If you are facing these type or permission issue like greyed out issue you can try this method as per my video.

I updated fingerprint driver from 003f to 003d for the layest version.. Also uninstalled and installed latest version of Synaptics fingerprint driver which is 003d only(june 2017).. Scenario: i have a thinkbook laptop in which i have domain user access (administrator access i have)
Problem: in that laptop it shows in sign in options some option are not available or managed by your organization and icons are grey out.
In that i want to use fingerprint lock unlock feature
So by seeing your video i did all the steps in gpedit and regedit so that all helped me to get the option accessable
But now when i get the option like setup fingerprint while doing so I'm getting option to register but the moment i touch fingerprint sensor on laptop it shows YOUR DEVICE IS GETTING TROUBLE IN RECOGNISING YOU

Sorry for late reply, I saw all your attached images, actually you have not any issue related to permission Or hello window options greyed out type issue. As I saw, you are able to change permission like account password Or PIN change ok. And my video is related to enable permission.
Your need to update your system because it is pending and shows update failed. So, you don't worry after completely update the system it will fix the issue automatically. There is some biometric device driver issue also.
You don't worry, I am back If possible I will call you tomorrow and take remote connection of your system and will do the needfull. Please make sure you have a good internet connection on that time.

And hardware may be supported the figure print function. After follow the same try again if still you are facing issue feel free to call 📞 me I will share my no.
@@sbitOnline can you email the file that has to be merged just in case. I noticed that the file name to be downloaded which you show in the video is different than the one that is actually downloaded from the link in description. I hope thats not the reason

Your device is a personal device so domain not required if the device supports Hello Windows login then you will be able to do this ok so don't worry.
First you need to set PIN loging ok in v1809 it's accept 6 digit PIN so first set the pin then restart the the device ok and loging with PIN.
Now got to setting accounts and set Windows Hello. I am sure it will work.
If still you are facing the issue then share your country, Time & remote application name I will give remote support to you ok. Don't worry its very simple.

My pc doesn’t find “gpedit.msc”:(
1. Make sure you are logged in with Administrator account or you have admin rights.
2. Second option is sign in with local user account in you PC.

First remove biometric driver from the system then update the OS it will start auto downloading the required drives or you can download the drivers from site accordingly then follow the steps as per the video. If not resolved then install the previous drivers of the biometric device old driver.
Is biometric available on the device? Was it working before?
Don't try this it will not work at all
