The moment u are a little sad get up from ur couch go on the terrace or balcony stretch your arms completely breath in looking at the sky while exaling bring ur arms down and relax do this 20 times
Gaze sky 5 mins look at the different shapes of clouds
Enjoy birds chirping look at the bird Till ur eyesight reaches it will be ur eye exercise

Mera 1 leg me ligament implant Kiya hai LCL,Sep 2021 me lekin mujhe ab tak foot 🦶 per swelling rehti hai or doctor phir se operation ke liye kehte hai toh kya me ye saari excercise kar sakti hu.
