This is a really difficult question, because there are so many factors. But, a general rule of thumb is to figure $100/sq. foot. If you are doing to the work yourselves, you will be able to do cheaper than that. Don't forget to add cost for the land, and the site work (well, septic, etc.)
I see you added the hurricane brackets on the lower end of the roof rafters. I did that when I scratch built my garden shed, too, LOL! Nothing like extra rigidity!!!!!!

Hi, Don! We came in at $96/sq. ft. We did a lot of work ourselves, but we also chose an expensive heating system. Worth it to us.
