1. He grabs her arm. No one should be grabbing any stranger like this on the street if you don't know the person. The fact that it's a guy grabbing a woman makes it worse. It's a very self-entitled action. No one has the right to grab you just because they want to speak to you.
2. He doesn't remember her despite two prior meetings.
3. His intention seems to be geared towards getting something from her (my guess would be sex). His approach to this is lazy and immature (lacks self-awareness).
4. Just overall, not a very self-considered or sensitive person at the point at which this video was made.
He could have shown maturity by:
1. Remembering her. Considering how keen he was to speak with her, you'd think he would have at least remembered her from the past encounters.
2. Being a considerate person by not grabbing her arm. He has no idea whatsoever what grabbing her might make her feel if she has any trauma around being grabbed by men.
3. Asking her politely, but respecting her decision to not stop (this was her boundary which he crossed). He seems entitled (I can take what I want without having to think about others too much).
Emotional maturity helps us to be empathic and sensitive to others. I believe he has the capacity to change, but he must be willing.

yes, she remained polite, but if she was in a rush and had to cut it shorter than she already was, that wouldn't be her being impolite. she rejected him a few times in this and he didn't get the hint. her first laugh was forced to break the tension, and her body language was showing she wanted to move on. he started by touching her arm, so that's kinda a warning to be "polite" or a male could get more physical as he already started to. we can't see what's off camera, but 100% this would have been different if it were just the two of them.
