Love the "Playing For Change" series. Love when people come together to make something beautiful.
And Carlos, Cindy ROCKS!
MEEEEEEE TOOOOOOOO Brother
Can't get any better than seeing musicians from around the world joining and being one. That is a semblance of brotherhood and love.
Tal Wilkenfeld is like Obelix in the Asterix comics....she fell into bass playing when she was born or something...such a natural...gotta love her
Wow, couldn't agree more. Came out with it in her hand. Ouch mom.
I’ve heard this song 1000’s of times - why does this version make me cry? 💋❤️🍎🎼🥃🍺🌿🎸🥹🥁
Because it's so damn good!
Because Cyndi, pulses it all together!
It makes you realize there are cool people all over the world. Our brothers and sisters.
@@andrewboyd2023 Cyndi is bad....Michael Schrieve the original drummer
is a thousand times better.
@Michael G Apple To my way of thinking, this has moved you. Do you feel a connection with all these people and all these places, you've had a glorious epiphany of how beautiful the world is. You had exposure to a bright, shining example of what old Satchmo was singing about … a moment of happiness amidst the din of negativity from the sensationalistic infotainment media. 🍀🫶🤞
This made my day, thank you to everyone who participated. From all around the world. What a great conglomeration of talent.
Thank you so very much everyone for bringing a huge smile to my face on this beautiful morning
All these young people with the legends knocking out of the park. It’s good to know there are new generations that still want to play this great music. I grew up in northern Minnesota and can still remember the first time I heard a timbale solo, I have always really loved that sound. Tito was the master, great stuff. Cindy is fantastic.
Just freakin AWESOME! There is so much beauty in this world! Thank you, Carlos.
YES, IT IS! CARLOS SANTANA, ONE OF THE BEST GUITARIST AROUND THE WORLD!🇧🇷, JUN, 25, 2023
Carlos is a national treasure.
Crush
@@theenforcerbadguy6566 Santana is a Brasileiro Honorário.
@wadesorchids7219 • you are so right....but how do we get those nasty people who rule the world with tyranny and evil to come over and listen to what we know mends your soul and makes you only want to do good for the planet and fellow humans...peace. harmony. love.
Forty five years ago and fifteen rows back I saw Carlos and his incredible band the first time. He's still blowing minds. Thanks Carlos and friends!!
I was at the stage at Winterland, Carlos introduced Journey. I can still hear him, “I’d like to introduce a new band, former members of mine, Journey!
@@thomasl.ayersjr.593Not many regrets when it comes to shows, but not seeing Steve Perry and Journey is one of them, and I had my chances too!
I saw Santana in Denver the first time at the old coliseum where they did rodeos after Red Rocks got rained out, and the drive down to the venue was mass chaos for the thousands that were already partying at the Rocks. General admission, so everyone drove as fast as they could lol. We got close and it was an amazing turnout of a mostly Latino crowd that just adored the man and his music. That amazing energy in the crowd and of course the music, was so surreal to me and I was just hooked. It was my first show besides some symphony lol, I was 15 and he set the tone for so many great shows over my 60 years. I've seen him 3 times and that man still rips and will on his death bed. Peace!
One of the mambo's masterpieces. Thanks Tito Puente and Carlos Devadip Santana. This version is a beautiful happiness.
Music connects hearts around the world. Borders, social positions, race and religion fade into the background. This lifts my spirit.
Beautiful. Long live Carlos and all these beautiful people. Thank you.
This makes me so happy to see, not just for the amazing musicians (Cindy, you're amazing, as always), but for the theme of brotherhood and the universal language of music. That's never been more necessary than it is now. More, please.
Carlos made it famous, Tito Puentes Jr.'s dad wrote it and the whole world loves it..........!
An incredible jam of global proportions! Made my Saturday! Thank you Carlos, Cindy, et al! 👊😊🇨🇦
The great thing about Carlos, usually in the first 10 seconds I know it's him playing, even without seeing who is playing. He has such a unique sound to his music.
Frickin’ Carlos! Old school, new school, world school. So cool.
Bringing the love from around the world.. not to mention Tal the monster bassist!!! and what.. Corey Henry!!!! omg !!!

That was rad!!!! Especially cool to get to hear Tal, Cindy and Tito jam together...and all the others too, but 3 faves!
Way to honor Tito, with this awesome version, though he’s still waiting for his money, Santana. 😂😂😂
Loved seeing Tal again.
What a classic song played by a legendary band/musician. Loved the mash-up of all the different singers and musicians playing as if they were all together in the same place. Had me tapping my feet just like the first time I listened to it after purchasing Santana's Greatest Hits back in the day. Carlos looks and plays great at 75! Here's to another 75!
How one song can bring together the whole world absolutely Amazing ❤❤❤
Aw shucks!!! That was magical!!!
Fantastic. Everyone great and Cindy on drums truly awesome. 🙋♂️👏👏👏🇬🇧
To Tito Puente Jr. : The king of Latin jazz is brimming with pride. I saw him a few times at the Monterey Jazz festival and he and his music were magical.

OUFFFFFFFF😍😍😍😍😍😍
Aaaaah Cindy! This is sooooooo daaaaamn SWEET!
Carlos Santana es el más grande. Su música es del corazón.
Es el mas grande de los Mexicanos que niegan sus raices. El quiere ser Africano. Es mayatero a morir. Guitarista con tremendo talento, pero niega lo que era.
I heard/saw Santana at THE Ohio State University in concert, decades ago. He made the bass player retune his “ax” in the middle of a song. Impressed with this musician ever since!
This is a Song For The Ages. Timeless
My heart skipped a beat. Music lives in all human beings.
Never gets old, turn it up
Incredible! One world, one love! Amazing. Peace!
Music unites the world
Dig it!! That was good mighty good.
The world should start showing Tal Wikenfeld some more love and respect.
She is so good!!!❤❤❤
Timeless !!
I DID cry bc, .. seeing such a lovely project coming into live and into soul.
Wonderful and great.
We used to play this in our band during '80s ❤and never get tired listening to it.❤
Great to hear/see/feel the vibes of Santana muuussseeecckk.
carlos, that guitar looks amazing!! Tal killing that bassline. Tito JR rocking like his father, Salute! and that man on the organ, Corey Henry is working it!
Carlos Santana - truly, a great wonder of the world ❤
loved it!
This Santana's SONG is Amazing! I hear It thousand times!
My Father introduced me to Santana back in 69'... Since then I have been hooked,,, Every LP (Band and Solo albums) in my collection, and the newer releases on CD...My Favourite track of all time,, Soul Sacrifice'/'Heads, Hands and Feet' from the 'Moonflower' double live album...77' The drum solo has been a mission for me ever since, and it still beats me even after 46 yrs of trying..I'll not give in though...''this is music to die for,, but keep it live...'' (Me).
One of the best musicians in the world and of all time... Carlos Santana .. I always felt this man was highly under rated and under billed in the musical world... He is a legend among legends!!! He is just FIRE with everything he plays or sings or writes...and has always seemed completely humble about it and would jam with anyone... Mad Love and respect to everyone that plays for change!!! and Cindy...You are phenomenal!!!!
What a joy! Thanks!
Love it. Feelin that 70's vibe again
He has never gotten the credit for his excellent guitar playing over the years IMHO...
Great, just great! Love this musicians coming together. Great drumming, great organ.
BEST VERSION that we have ever heard!
I didn’t want it to stop🙏🏻
(and I saw Mr Santana in the 80s three times)

Wow Carlos Santana,me recuerdas que compré los boletos para tu concierto en Lima Perú,soy tu fan y aprendí a tocar la guitarra con tu música (sin tener guitarra, solo prestada).Fue aproximadamente en los 68,69.The crazy Government in that time cancel your concert and believe me,I cried like a child.I raised two kids in San Francisco on the Mission district and never saw you there. After my retirement I recorded 2 songs:”follow me until the end “and “te quiero I love you “and I hope you can listen .I wish some day can meet you
Damn that's good. Hail.
-- *_Excellent!_*
_Thank you, Cindy Blackman Santana!_
Lady's and Gentlemen, Mr Harvey Keitel on Bongo's!! I have watched this so many times. Cant get enough!

Wowww that bass!!!
HECK YEA!!!!
Brilliant 👍👌👏👏👏👏
My first favorite Santana tune
awesome job by all...got to watch santana woodstock now
That guitar tone was so clean!
Carlos had a clear sounding guitar which I like better than the fuzzy sounds of the ninties. He grew up listening to B B King. .
Incredible groove ☮️
