I'm so grateful that Jemma and her team decided to cover the basics instead of keep going with more complicated technique. I mean we home bakers and newbie cake business owners NEED to nail these basics in order to do the more advanced ones. We need perfect, straight, sharp edges before we go to chocolate drips and gold sails and etc. I do think we need a hell lot of practice to perfect the basics, but once we good, we can do anything else! So thanks a lot to Cupcake Jemma team for doing the Tuesday Tips! 💕
