  • The latest military technologies and weaponry are being utilized in the war in Ukraine. Ukrainians themselves have already proven to be outstanding warriors. But what does the work of the world's best military professionals look like from the inside? We tell you in the ‘Profession: Warrior’ project. Today, our hero is a commander from one of the most secretive units in Ukraine called ‘Nobody,’ a part of the Tymur’s special forces unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. These are special forces who carry out the most difficult tasks on the frontline and deep behind enemy lines.

      SAS, seal team 6 and Delta might have the best training in the world but none of those units know what it's like to consistently go up against an enemy that has almost every advantage. None of those units understand what it's like to go up against a side that has a huge artilery firepower advantage and has absolutely no regard for the loss of human life and equipment on the scale of which Russia is capable of. Sure these units have done some incredible missions in the Iraq wars and against the terrorist groups but the Iraqi army and Taliban/Isis are no enemy like Russia is and in most cases they have had air support if things went bad. When you look at what the Ukrainian intelligence and other special forces units within the Ukrainian armed forces have achieved in terms of targets destroyed and the ammount of equipment they have destroyed........they are the most successful in recent history, and that's a fact. Obviously going up against Russia has presented Ukraine with a target rich environment however this doesn't take away the difficulties and danger Ukrainian special forces have been in on the regular in order to carry out missions. Missions like using underwater vehicles to infiltrate savestopol port to guide missiles on a submarine and a landing ship.

    My comment is that I agree with your analysis of Ukraine’s Special Forces capabilities and those of the British and the United States. The later have so much more backing and so much more real world experience that it’s impossible to fairly compare them. Yes, the Ukrainian SF are formidable and deserve a high ranking in the world of top SF operators but to be number one in that field is a bit out of Ukraine’s reach if only because of the shear cost of developing a number one team in this area of expertise. Ukraine has the real world experience today but it’s only been ten years, really in total. Before that they belonged to the USSR and it’s Green Light Teams.The British (SAS) have been leading the world for hundreds of years if not longer and their only true competitors are the USSF (Navy seals, Green Beret, Delta Force….) and possibly the Israeli Security Force or IDF. Of course Germany, France and Sweden would rightfully have a say also.
    Claiming the top seat in the world for anything is a lofty goal and frankly out of the reach of countries as new to the game as Ukraine.
    Obviously they are doing a fantastic job and I pray they will continue doing so.
    Ryan this is only my opinion about this so of course it could be wrong.
    Love the videos and I think you are a fantastic guy! Keep up the amazing work and I wish you and your family the very best!
    Take precious care of them and you and God bless you all!

      Now there is another war. I would look at the special forces of Great Britain or the United States when they do not have complete superiority in everything. No offense, but now it will be true. If only you knew how many foreign soldiers fled from Ukraine, because they understood that this was not a war with baboons in Afghanistan, but a real battle with a terrible enemy. While the German intelligence services allow foreign drones to fly over the place where our soldiers are TRAINING, while the Israeli IDF cannot prevent an attack by Palestine, while the CIA cannot kill Putin or generally solve any problems, having the greatest resources in the world, I consider Ukrainian special forces. services are the best in the world. Where our special forces were, there was never a single Western one. Let me remind you who evacuated foreign diplomats from Afghanistan under the noses of terrorists? Who conducts raids on Wagner in Sudan, who has a special forces combat brigade that sometimes holds an entire section of the front, I’m talking about the same unit of the Ukrainian Intelligence, under the name Kraken, and in general the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine, they pull off such things that you have never heard of in real life and wouldn't have thought. I have a partisan friend, his team killed more than any special service over the years of its work. Modern wars are not wars of the 2nd or Cold War. All Western soldiers and special services have degraded. Here's another example for you in the form of 'the best Canadian sniper.' who came to Ukraine, he didn’t even last half a year, saying that literally, this is not a picnic like in Iraq. He told how a guy younger than him took a risk under the bullets, to pull out his brother-in-arms before he took the risk, because it was scary. This is our whole difference. You don't know how to fight. If Ukraine had a military budget equal to at least 10 percent of the American budget within these 10 years, there would be no stone left unturned from Russia. This may be harsh, but it's true. I'm tired of the fact that those who gave us 3 days are considered the best in the world. It may be tough, but it’s boiling. People are dying here, the best of the best, and here m

      @@RyanForrest1664 at the moment yes. Who are better: those who have been fighting for 10 years, have combat experience, are developing new things because war requires the development of technology and know how to fight a war, or those who have almost never fought stronger than a baboon with a machine gun, but have a lot of money? I think the answer is obvious. When the SAS comes to Ukraine and fights, sits under a superior enemy for at least half a year, he understands how difficult war is, they will re-examine everything, they will not run away, only then can we say that yes, the SAS will be at the level of the Ukrainian SSO. Sorry for being rude, but it's true. Combat experience is the most important thing that can be.

    @ThatOneGuy-mn6dv Před 25 dny

    Both sides have proven to have class A SF personal but were largely wrongly use in the early days of the SMO era doing things they really weren't nor shouldn't be doing. Recent times however the old core parts of the Ukrainian SF personal and units have let's just say are not what they use to be and can't be replace at this time yet were still being use wrongly until so far recently for a number of reasons. They might be fine operators but they aren't war winners nor are the having the impact people they are having. The Russians have been using their SF a lot differently and with greater results and no where close to the losses that the propaganda makes it out to be.
    Granted it's more harder to find from a outsider on this one should try to find Russian side videos they are interesting and showing they aren't what people make them out to be in a bad light.
