I would like to say, as a genuine big Scottish Ryan Wilson and Jim Hamilton fan (and being a former lock/ flanker to boot), I was sooo happy to see Ryan get his 50th cap! Not only that, he put in a sterling performance when he came on and really helped set a solid platform for the winning try. Cheers you two!

I used to think Wilson was a fud because of his English born heritage and subsequent offence at the rose as a life long Scot for five minutes. But, he seems a genuinely decent lad who has lived a life and, even as an arrogant Englishman (thanks Jim) living in Scotland I can admit I was wrong. Lovely content, really engrossing - nice one lads, hope Scotland do more in the 6N next year as there is some real talent up here.

Do you know, I never knew such cruelty was conducted at training session under Vern. Thanks for highlighting it because it has massively put me off the national team and those individuals involved. There is no need for such practices to exist during training. Just told a few other new emerging fans about this and it put them off to the point they no longer want to go to a game.

@@robbiejohnston2023 Yes it must be deeply satisfying for a Scotsman beating the English, the patriotic flower of Scotland must be a source of pride knowing the flowers it sings about are grown on a world wide basis rather than home grown talent, flowers that are exotic not grown in Scotland or flowers closer to home like players who cant get into the England team, that must fill you with pride Robbie, there is nothing better than beating the English with a team filled with mercenaries.
