- Why Did I Bought this 2003 Audi RS6?! I get this question a lot when I meet people with this car. This car its really really special and beautiful. Lots of people are afraid on buying this car because they think it's going to break the next day! And honestly from my experience after owning 2 of this Rs6"s they are amazing and more so driving it. This car deserves more than what most people say in the internet because its such a special car and now days its really really hard to find a one like this example. This car one day you going to wish if you had one because more time passes more difficult its going to be to find one in good condition and definitely way more expensive. This RS6 its more special than the E55 AMG and the E39 M5, and better looking if you had to ask me. This RS6 was the very first sedan to be the fastest in the world and in my opinion its a big deal and history to be remembered for ever.
This car its not for everyone! Because now days most people want cars where 0-60 happens in 2 or 3 seconds and they start forgetting about the past and the tru old school cars, which for me the early 2000's cars they have my heart taken. For me its not about the 0-60 more than the real experience behind the wheel.
Anyway I can talk and write about this car all day but my point of this video is showing and telling you how really special is.
I feel this car has been forgotten but one day mark my word its going to be very difficult and expensive to find on in good condition.

I have a 2003 RS6 6 speed swapped misano red with black interior. It’s currently in pieces in my garage as I have to swap the trans and clutch out since it blew its rear output shaft o ring and ate at least the 3rd gear synchro 😢 even in the Manual ones, the trans is still a headache. However nothing has come close to how special it drives and feels being in it so I’m willing to put up with it.
I was driving it in Wyoming when I purchased it, as I pulled into a WalMart, a guy ran up to the car and immediately knew what it was. He had his own C5 A6 avant. He said “I saw the body and then realized it was Misano Red and went what the fuck because I know it had to be an RS6 and could not believe I was seeing an RS6 in Wyoming”

Every single time I see this car or get to drive it it makes me feel so special.
I believe once it becomes classic people they will realize even more how really special it is.
I would never sell mine.
I will soon post some more videos of this car because people have forgotten about this car.
I’m right there with you. I’ve been wanting one of these for a few years. My first Audi was white 2004 A6 2.7T.
I finally had the opportunity to buy one and did. Red.
Absolutely awesome performance. Ultra responsive and quick, incredibly tight.
It is a beautiful car and gets a lot of attention.
My first one to it was a 2.7T and I loved it to.
But the Rs6 it’s to another level for beauty and performance.
It’s really really a special car for who knows them otherwise they think it’s just an Audi.
I will never ever sell this one even if I become homeless 😂 how much I love this one.
My next one will be the 2007 RS4 and the other one will be the 2008 CLK black series and the 2012 c63 black series.
Can’t wait to own all those other ones

Thousands spent in maintance but I love this car. Everything about it is awesome.
Man I honestly I have owned this car for 2 years now and I haven’t had any major problems except few little things, wich I haven’t had the time to fix them yet.!

Absolute best car ever. A true masterpiece. The only thing that could've been done better is the transmission. They should've put a 6-speed manual that can handle that beast of an engine.

I know the transmission it’s not the best but everything else I cannot describe how much I love this car and how unique it truly is.
And another thing I love about this car is the fact no many people understand this car and who dose they really understand and appreciate it for what it is

What’s the problem with the transmission that’s it’s slow and not 6 speed? How’s the reliability of the transmission?
Year old post but....Fuel Tank leak--There is an active Recall for reinforcing around the tank for the Rollover valve. Good news is yours is leaking as that means you most likely get a new tank for free. If it's not leaking yet they just pile a bunch of Epoxy filler around the valve.

I took it somewhere and this mechanic told me to replace the fuel tank and i still haven’t fixed yet and its giving me the engine light on the dash because of that and breaks my heart even tho i drive it very little.
I am going to fix this problem very soon because i really really love driving this car and spending time with it.
I am going to find an Audi specialist and fix it.
So for this what you saying i have to take down the fuel tank to put the Epoxy ?
@@mppower5141 Just call the dealer and give them your VIN. They can pull up the recall and should be able to schedule you for the repair at no cost.

Love these cars.... Do you have any transmission problems?? Mine is stuck in safe mode🤷🤔.
No no nothing. This one I had for almost 4 years and expect a evap nothing else. Never left me stranded or anything.
It’s pretty low miles but the other one I had prior to this had 120k miles still not a single problem for 2 years.
How many miles you got on yours?
I might have the option to buy a 2005 RS6 with 85,000 miles, should I do it?

It’s a different experience driving this car confront of others.
It’s special, it’s unique from most other cars and on top of that they are very very rare and hard to find one in good condition now days.
This is my second RS6 and honestly I never had any major problems except oil change.
Yes they are expensive on few things probably more than other cars but honestly every sports cars it’s expensive to maintain.
For me I will never never sell it because I love this car more than a car that cost 100k.
My next ones will be the 2007 RS4, 2008 CLK black series and 2012 c63 black series 🙏🏻

I have 3 shqipe. Yes they will go up in value . In 2003 850 units were made. There is probably around 300 left on the road today. Accidents etc. Give it another 20 years they will be less than 100 on the road .

Yes parts are going to be more difficult to be honest more and more time passes.

I couldn't agree with you more about this car. I started out with a 2000 A6 4.2 and I love the body style. I picked up my low mileage (17K) RS 6 about 5 years ago and I have your same over the top enthusiasm for this car. It looks like you picked this one up last year in BC - good buy!
