Ecosia ist wirklich mal eine gute Idee und eine gute Umsetzung zugleich! :) Ich hoffe, dass das Projekt so vielversprechend bleibt wie es momentan ist und das noch viele Nutzer auf diese Suchmaschine umsteigen werden. Leider gibt es auf der Welt viel zu wenige solcher Projekte... Ich hoffe, dass die Founder von Ecosia sich noch mehr spannende Dinge einfallen lassen! :)

Jaa, ich mache bei meinen Freunden auch immer Werbung um von Google auf Ecosia umzusteigen. Ein paar machen das schon.
Bei mir lohnt sich das, weil ich sehr viel im Internet bin. Hab inzwischen schon 368 Bäume gepflanzt :)

the oxygen they inhale is mostly CO2, they combine this chemical with the suns light and heat and with water to make a sugary food they eat. after the sugar is eaten, they produce the extras which is oxygen.

No. Well they do need CO2, but they are not into "All you can eat" concepts, if you get what I mean :) CO2 levels rising is evidence that trees eat only exactly what they need and nothing more.

ich stimme dir zu, aber leider wäre das, vor allem bei der Länge des Spots, eine sehr kostspieleige Angelegenheit, die zwar sicherlich mehr Nutzer anlocken würde, doch dann könnte EINIGES vom verdienten Geld nicht mehr für Bäume verwendet werden, sondern für die Werbekosten...
