Someone asked me what the most memorable concert I ever went to was and I thought of this show. Big Fresh and Ariel Pink were the opener. Big Fresh handed out cookies. Ariel did a surprising noise set and a lot of the crowd left. Then this happened. Amazing night. Thank you for uploading.

So happy this was re-uploaded. Thank you. Probably my favorite live AC performance. The run of “People,” “Turn into Something,” to “Loch Raven” is unforgettable. This version of “Banshee Beat” is my favorite too.
This setlist is INSANE! The run from People/Turn Into Something/Loch Raven is astounding. What I would give to experience this live. Definitely one of their best live performances I've heard so far. Very cozy and weird, in a good way. Thanks for uploading!
My soul tingles and wants to do a circle pit of absolute joy filled tears every time I revisit this. One of the most shamanistic AC performances I've ever heard in my life and thems is high praise coming from a fan since 2004 whose seen them live five different times (*and a jaw dropping Panda solo show) met the band and have had the most memorable concert experiences of my life at their shows.

The fact this is one of their best sets is mind-blowing to me. Not because it isn't one of their best -- because it certainly is. But the fact that they played in a little art studio a block away from my campus, and where my fraternity holds our annual Christmas formal. Absurd.

This version of Loch Raven specifically is the spiritual successor to Infant Dressing Table from "Here Comes the Indian"...... that vocal spacey tremolo filter on Avey's voice terrifies me (in the best way).
