watched February 2024, best video! Straight to the point and clear instructions! Thank you!
You are a life saver. Even 11 years after you posted this.
are you from the future?
fr lol
I'm so happy you kept this up. I really needed this today and is the most clear instruction hands down. Thanks!
OMG so much easier than downloading a greeting card software ! I didnt know I could do all this on word! Thank you for your easy step by step tutorial!
Another thank you incoming! This was a wonderful tutorial that helped me make a birthday card for both my Mom and Dad! Thanks again :)
That was SUPER helpful! I followed along with you and it works perfect. Thank you very, very much!
Thanks. Very helpful and easy to follow. I used Strathmore 5x7 half fold card stock and with a little adjusting while following the video, it worked fine.
This worked great! Thanks for keeping the video up all these years!
Thanks. Very nicely done. I look forward to sharing this at my basic computer skills class at my local library.
Really, really nice instructional video. It was clear and detailed. Thank you! Thank you!
thanks! this is what i'm looking for...
i really love to make invitations but don't know how...
thanks 4 this...i can really follow its step by step instructions...
thank u so much! u're really a big help!
Thank you for getting straight to the point. So many videos people start off begging for likes/subscribes. You made this look very simple, as it should be.
Can't we just create a 2-page document and print with duplex enabled? I think that would be easier.
Thank you Thank you Thank you!! I've been trying to make cards but could never figure out how to just print on one side of the paper. Your instructions were so clear and worked perfectly. Bless you!
Thank you very much for a very clear and concise tutorial. I have done it before but somehow forgot. Although I seem to remember I was printing the whole card on one go... Maybe my memory is playing tricks!
Thanks good job - enter down on the second column and keep going till into page two, then enter again until into second column of page two to enter right side inside message - then use printer setting “two sided print - flip on short edge” and can print on both sides at once and everything comes out in correct place thanks again
Thank You!!!
Thank you very much good sir! Made my grandma's day with the custom card I made!
This info is incredibly useful and your instructions actually make sense. You are very articulate and your voice is calming, unlike the in your face videos. And it is nice that you are not begging people to subscribe and ring the bell. Thank you.
Thanks , clearly presented !
totally still super helpful! thanks for the easy to follow guide!
Fantastic, great help, managed to print some lovely cards.
This is great! Clear, concise and easy to follow. Thankyou
still one of the best tutorials 7 years later, thank you
Thankyou for this most informative tutorial. Very easy to follow.
just saved me a whole lot of time and ink, cheers
Great video, to the point video. Also, folks making cards may want to add “Created with love by Patti” or something like that customized to your name obviously to appear on the bottom back of the card. Just a thought. Thanks for the great video! (I love that this was made ten years ago, before everyone was an expert and had a channel lol) Trustworthy and still relevant.
I have taken note of your measurements and hope to use them in a different WP if that's OK. Have used Word for cards many years ago but had forgotten my page setup. Professional video, most beginners could follow.
Thank u sooooooo.... much ! You are great !!!
Great job! This was easy to follow.
really useful and my card came out well.. thank you so much
Very helpful. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for this video. Easy to follow, and I used it to create my own card template in Word. You've saved me a great social mishap with your tutorial.
Omg 😮 I feel really dumb for looking up the latest technology such as the cricut and silhouette when good old word would do exactly what I want on my cards ...thank you so much for saving me a whole lot of money !!
Excellent! You speak slowly succinctly, and with an American accent! I have been on computers for longer than many people have been alive, and have always struggled with how to make greeting cards. The amount of paper and ink I wasted would have paid for someone's college education! A head slapping moment came when you showed the formatting trick was to use two columns. Gawd!
There's no such thing as an "American accent"
I read your comment in 2020 and it is correct
Thanks. This was so useful!
Legend has it he was nearly cast as Jim in the office.
This is a good tutorial. Light bulb moment with the column thing. I was doing it with margins but let's get real, it doesn't really work. TFS! Nicole from Canada

Great job on the video! Very helpful, indeed.
Thanks a million! Your video is simple and straight forward--much better than trying to edit a card template from Word.

Thanks for the tutorial, very informative. I have been having problems with smaller paper sizes. Have you been successful with smaller sizes such as A2?
Thanks for your step by step tutorial... very handy. Could you be kind enough to recommend a good printer for card making, similar to what you are using?
THANK YOU VERY MUCH! MORE GOOD HEALTH TO YOU!

I am so lost and you seem to be such a great teacher. Do I need to buy windows word or anything? I have a Dell that used to be Vista but my wife upgraded it somehow to Windows 7. She knows less than I do on most stuff on the computer lol. I am so tired of not knowing how to do anything on the computer Thank-you for taking the time to show an old combat wounded, disabled Viet Nam Vet I can do more than just watch t.v. or look outside. God bless you young man. Jesus loves you.
Great job on the how to make a greeting card !
Is there anyway that both sides of the card can
be designed and printed together?
Thanks for keeping this up on You Tube. I have been trying to figure this out for days and your video worked for me.

That was really good!
This video was Great! Thank you so much. My only trouble came when I printed on my Canon Maxify 2320. The photo I took with my Samsung phone looked perfect on the computer, but when I printed, it came out with a very lime green tinge.
WOW..SO CLEAR SIR, I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM THAT..THANKS YOU.
Love the tutorial and have succeeded in making great cards thanks to your clear instructions. However, I'd like to print so that the card is in landscape orientation, how do I do that?

Good Day. I must say thank you for the information. I love the scenery it looks refreshing. One thing puzzled me which I think you should have showed us was "Space Down dropping line by line way to the bottom until the cursor lands at the top corner on right side of page"
Thank you for this video, and people like you!
Brilliant. Thank you so much ☺️👍🇦🇺

A really good video-just one question-how do you import your drawing-i scan it and then- a little new to computers! really want to make my own greeting cards for sale-I draw in colored pencils but do not plan to use any text. Can anyone suggest printer to b used for card printing home business
I enjoyed your video. Nice presentation! Our volunteer fire department wants to start a newsletter. We want it to be one page, vertical, folded in the middle, with printing on the front and back. Any suggestions? ( We're going to send it to a professional printing company to have it printed and mailed.) Not sure where to start.
