What pressure does that pump run at? Looking online it’s says around 6-6.5bar, unless Iv missed something that’s too much you only need 10-12psi to feed the tandem pump..
10-12psi then the tandem pump ups it to 100psi for the fuel rail

Zak dont know witch way the fuel lines are plumped up but by looking at the pics theres only one pipe coming from the fuel pump if so how is the pump going to get the fuel if theres no feed from the tank to it

Good good loving the build got me looking for a caddy again after a unfruitful search here in Ireland. I've one found needs alot off work just need to bid the owner down some more. Just a quick question how do you plan and getting the speedo to work if the 02j uses a electronic sender were as the original caddy box used a cable drive. Thinking on doing a pd conversion myself and I can't find the answer anywere

I believe the 1.3 golf Speedo cable works with the 02J. Have a look online should be able to find something

L-shaped banjo spout would work better.
