Doug Minty is a founding member of Chapter 195 and the current secretary. He is a Master Watchmaker, having recently retired after 57 years in the industry. Doug is a Silver Star Fellow and a previous director of the NAWCC. He has received an Order of Australia for services to horology and his church.
