I have had the ROG Gladius III Wireless for almost 1 year now. I bought it because I wanted a durable mouse. Compared to this, after half a year, the mouse wheel started jumping up and down when I used it. (if I scrolled down, it jumped up every 3rd-4th scroll)....soon it will wear out so much that I will send it back before the warranty expires for me.
I would also like to add that I have the same error with a Razer mouse, which I used for about 2 years before (the mousewheel lasted about 1.5 years).
I don't understand why they don't put a normal, durable mousewheel in a mouse of this category anymore.
I think with this new ROG model will be no different. (pity)

I have the same scrolling problem (Gladius III wireless) on the first day of purchase. I think the stock scrolling wheel was just bad, I guess it was the only problem that this mouse has.

AA batteries can't go wrong, mouse that has built in battery tend to degrade faster and you can't replace the battery most of the time.
