I learned this from years of being around horses but I feel it might be helpful. your shoulder and hip are a lot harder to break in a fall then the rest of your body so if you can go limp and aim those parts of your body to the ground you will be fine. I once got bucked 10 feet into the air off the back of a horse into a fence and because my shoulder hit first I was fine and the fence broke not me.
I sometimes practice martial arts with my friends. Well. Someone’s friends, I’m sure. Okay, maybe it’s not practice for them, but I do give them fair warning. Well. Warning.
Probably should practice putting your center of gravity on her right leg and not used her other leg to brace you. That way you could have gotten your legs higher. Potentially dangerous due to only having one point of contact on your back, but could work.

Not jujitsu. I have practiced jujitsu for many years. That was judo. I have also done judo for a long time. Jujitsu chokes, breaks or kills opponents. Distinctly different from judo. That being said. The throw was very controlled and well executed. These people expressing concern. Are really only exposing their ignorance.
