- YES, this is all done live, including the drums and harmonies-- using a Boss RC 300 looping pedal. I have a LOT of fun with it if you can't tell!! Sometimes I'll add even more instruments, just depends on the show/style of music I'm doing.
The song is my take on "cow calf blue yodel" by one of my favorites in the country music biz, Mr. @colterwall 🤠

Seems more like a Jimmy Rogers tune than Colter Wall. I am a fan of both. Been listening to Jimmy from way before Colter was born. Nice work. Always like your music Anna. Burlington Bill busking on the road and here on CZcams.
Oh yes, Colter is an old soul and sings a lot of the old cowboy songs! I love his version of Coyote and the Cowboy. Love Jimmy Rogers too, we used to watch his show growing up. I'm loving that that style is coming back 🙏🎶

I LOVE to do loops because it allows me to play more than one instrument, and my brain really enjoys the space for creativity. Saxophone is difficult to do live because it's hard to pick up and put back mid song, but I'm gonna play it soon I promise! :)
