  • In part 3 of our series on low back pain, we are going to be expanding the lumbar movement we began in part 2 to now include rotation. Spinal rotation is a common component of rehabilitation programs for the low back, but if we’re being thorough, we want to make sure that we’re attentively applying our previously discussed template approach and considering both open- and closed-chain lumbar rotation.

    Yep lessened pain and I didn’t do all the reps. I didn’t use a band though since I didn’t have one handy.
