SGM (R) Chuck Pressburg from Pressburg Consulting retired from the US Army after 26 years of active service, mostly in Special Operations and Special Missions Units. After Infantry and Airborne Training in 1990, Chuck completed the Ranger Indoctrination Program and was assigned to the 1st Bn, 75th Ranger Regiment.

21:07 yes man and this is exactly why I still use a standard charging handle on all of my rifles. I’m not an operator but when slinging my rifle I swear all day I’d deal with one side of the handle digging into my chest while the other got snagged on any and everything imaginable. I knew it was time to get rid of it when I was training one day. I went to present my rifle around a barrier and one end of the handle hit the wall as I was presenting the rifle. Click no bang and when I looked I had a round hanging in the chamber half extracted.
