The audio is very bad. Could not hear or understand what you were saying. The house is beautiful. I loved the colors in the kitchen and also the tiles in all the rooms. The wooden brown doors are very lovely. The quality of the materials is excellent. The land is so spacious. She has enough land to plant trees and greenery. What is the price of this house? We could not hear the man when he quoted the price.

Nice Job but the foundation should have been uplifted higher. The compound should have a very sharp sloppy to allow flow of rain water to avoid flooding.

This is a beautiful affordable home. Several of the amenities in the home are similar to the houses here in America. I am very impressed with the quality for this price. What is the size of the lot? Great work by the construction company. It would be nice to see the final project completed if the client doesn’t mind.

Beautiful work but I don't see enough electrical sockets in the rooms. So this owner will have to buy electrical extension cords to use her electrical gadgets. Example electrical toothbrush electrical shaver, vacuum cleaner , bread toaster etc. The list is endless. 2 sockets in the living room for tv and musical instrument is not enough. In a living room you need at Least 4 electrical socket .1 socket on each wall.
In the bathroom you need 1 electrical socket near the basin or sink.
