We had the opportunity to visit a roofing systems manufacturer to find out about the various types of roofing materials available on the Ghanaian market and learn more about what factors to consider when shopping for roofing materials.

One of our earlier videos covers the various types of wood and their prices. We are working on a footage focus on the building materials you mentioned
For the cement buying it outside is about Ghc38.5 to 40Ghc depending on where you are buying them from. The smart way is ordering from the factory, and minimum order from the factory is 400 bags and you get it for 36 per bag. This is what I have been doing now for my block molding for my project in Tema. In fact, I mostly order 500 pieces and they deliver them for free. I think it saves some money.

@@themotivatortv This is certainly a smart approach and cost saving but quite a lot of people face the challenge with storage especially at a new site. If you can convince someone who has completed their project close to your land to offer you storage that will be great or alternatively invest in a wooden shed before construction begins.
