#Nintendo #NintendoSwitch - Hry
You just can make a family membership with your friend and spend 7 euros/dollars every year
Yes
See I would
but...
@@uiinpui âŠyou donât have friends? If feel you đ
I would make person #4
3 more people and we got this
7?
*laughs in emulation*
Sameđ
Tbh emulation is more painful than just buying it itself đ
@3rR0r084
nintendo doesnât really care about discontinued consoles
@@UniqueUsername420 not really
Is just thing of downloading the emulator and then the game and there u go u have a game forever, while in nintendo switch u would have to pay 80 dollars per year
@@fresh7835 I'd rather just pay for the nintendo version (whether it is virtual console or not), considering emulation has a lot of lag, whether it is the video or the audio. And plus, the Switch online expansion pack is 50 bucks for individual membership (which I assume most people use).
I just split the family with friends we pay $10 each a whole year đđđ
The issue is that most people don't have all of the base games and aren't interested in all of the games, so for 80% of Switch users just getting the option to buy them separately would be waaaaay cheaper, plus they will work after the discontinuation of NSO
Yeah I think everyone would agree it would be better without the Sega Genesis because it would probably be cheaper and you can already buy Sega Genesis games separately
@@Spilzu and emulate them
@@therealjaystone2344 I mean that's kind of messed up and unfair to other people who bought them since you can still easily buy them on multiple platforms but ok
I got it day 1 and it was definitely worth it for me. I never was a Sega guy, but Sonic 2 was a game I really enjoyed. I mainly got it for the N64 games, which I still play to this day, but when the Mario Kart 8 DLC came out, I was relieved when I saw it was for free with the Expansion Pack. Happy Home Paradise wasnât really my cup of tea, and Octo Expansion I already owned, but I canât waited to see what else will be in there. (Hopefully Splatoon 3âs future DLC) Oh yeah⊠my membership expires at the end of this monthâŠ
Yeah, you shouldâve saved your money buying the DLC separately. Plus, you can emulate those older games for free on PC.
@@therealjaystone2344 Save my money? HECK NO! And just emulate them? I did that with the Mario Party trilogy for the N64, and it was awful. Canât wait to play them on the Expansion Pack.
My membership ends at the start of next month, that means I have to pay again to play Mario party
@@Ninblasto itâs n64 games they require so little power you shouldâve just saved your money literally The first person Iâve seen defend such a horrible service
@@jimmyjohn6479 Dude, I donât care. Thereâs nothing thatâll make me wish I saved my money. Iâve had a blast with this thing, and I will continue to have fun with it.
you forgot to mention that these games are touched up for preformance and handling when emulating on a switch
I could just emulate all of the retro games and buy the DLCs separately.
Any sane person would do
@@therealjaystone2344 any person with at least one braincell
me whos subcription is glitched and its infinite time: my powers are beyond your understanding
You sure your mom isn't just paying it without you noticing?
@@Ohree i used a gift card
It's because the subscription lasts for a year
@@Cyorg13 it expires in early 2023 and the time left is 1 year 8 months and 14 days
@@spiritdragonplayz3.032 thatâs a visual bug, happened to me.
I have it so I can play Mario kart with my friends
I really enjoy the expension pack, but i have it for a year and im probably not gonna pay for another year.
Definitely not worth $50. Even for goldeneye coming out, itâll only last you for one hour.
I got it, but honestly in the longer run, Iâd just enjoy more to get the content seperately
Is the dlc for mario kart and animal crossing is gone after the membership expired
Absolutely worth it
Imagine trying to find a TV that works with old consoles.
I just bought the original consoles because when the service ends I'll still have my games
Me living in Brazil and wanting Kirby 64:
đ yea yea
Well here in Brazil the Individual Switch Online + Expansion Pack (For 1 Nintendo account) Costs R$: 262,99 (US$: 50) per YEAR and you get everthing mencioned here.
Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion ALONE costs R$: 99 (US$: 18,83) with Animal Crossing DLC being a little more expensive R$: 128 (US$:24,34).
So, here it is indeed worth the price.
And you loose access to that so youâll have to keep paying which is definitely more then what they both cost
I'd rather use the wii u virtual console while it's still up
What about the 3DS Virtual Console? Since Game Boy and Color games aren't available on Wii U
@@vincenzomottola7778 I bought Wario Land 2 and 3 right before it shut down, so I canât wait to finish those games.
@@Ninblasto any 3D classic games?
@@therealjaystone2344 No.
To be honest the old games do not matter that much, since you can emulate all those consoles in almost any cellphone or pc nowadays.
âis the-â
me: ânoâ
âbut you didnât let me finish-â
ânoâŠâ
Now that Game Boy and GBA games are part of the service, it is definitely worth it. It's only 50 dollars A YEAR. 50 dollars a month would be outrageous, but ya'll exaggerating. It's not that bad of a price. The actual online, though... that's a different story.
If it was GameCube instead of Genesis I would get it
Honestly i think itâs worth since it gives online to those older games. Been having a blast on pokemon stadium.
Laughs in owning the membership already
But you can play with friends online that's already worth it
NSO will be around forever like PS+ and Xbox Live. You don't turn down $80 a year from tens of millions of people.
I bought two days ago just for paper mario and banjo Kazooie games I have never played but been wanting to play for a long time and having access to og OOT and MM is also pretty good but Don't know if I will re purchase next year
This dude owns a couple subways
Thankfully, I never bought the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack, since I have the AYN Odin, which can emulate not just NES, SNES, N64 and Genesis, but also Game Boys, Turbografx-16 and Sega Master System, and other consoles.
Is it cheaper to play Wild Guns or Earthbound on original hardware?
I bought HHP separately and will prob do. the same with Octo Exp, I can just emulate the n64 games anyway.
Iâm only there for Kirby,Mario and thatâs about it.
I bought an actual n64 and got games that i want that arenât on there and same goes for my newly acquired snes
bruh a I need this thing because In Brazil all dlcs are 150
It's worth it to Me
I dunno, itâs for a year, to me it worth having all these games and not having to switch between consoles just to play them
Tbh I want all the DLC it has but I'm never gonna use anything else haha
Also Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack don't cost 80 Dollars, it cost 50 Dollars in America, and 40 euros in Europe
It costs $80 if your doing the family plan
Just get the family pack with some siblings/friends and split it
You get nes and snes games without the expansion only online is needed
Buy the expansion packs separately youâll have them forever as long as you keep your Nintendo acc
As a person who plays splat2, ACNH, and Mario kart some what often, I take this deal as a win lose. Yes, thereâs the dlc/expansion, online, and classic games. The problem is that there are so many games Iâm not going to play them all, not even some, I donât know a person who but the NS only to play the classic games for their entire play time.
as someone who already owns both octo expansion and happy home paradise
no.
Why would you use the family membership as a reference though? If you're using that you're going to split it anyway so it's 40 max
Iâm struggling to understand. Mario kart, splatoon 2 and animal crossing dlc, are they dlc only or full games? Iâm confused cause itâs not telling me if I need to purchase the full game to use them? Or can I just get expansion pack and goood to play? Thanks
I forgot You could Buy the octo expansiĂłn sepĂĄrate for 20 dollars
for big nintendo fans, i do think its worth it
I think so, I waited for the mario kart DLC. But honestly, $50 a year is peanuts.
$25 one time permanent buy is better
Imma buy it alone for Zelda 64 games
The Zelda OoT NSO version is the worst version ever.
You still need a game pass just to play games on a n64 though.
Wait, I donât need Nintendo Online to play classic Games?
Not for NES/SNES games
@@therealjaystone2344 I still donât get how the app works.
no point in family imo i think $50/$150 is AMAZING for all the content included!
I say just get the classic mini consoles. You may want to buy the expansion pack for N64 and online
Or just emulate
me before the short even started: *no its fuckin not, this fuckin expansion pack literally doesn't fix any issues with the online performance and a few games for the n64 and genesis ain't worth 50 bones a year, especially when i can go online and play every single one of those games for completely free!*
I bought a regular switch online membership instead cause I don't wanna be bankrupt or cause My family to be bankrupt from me wanting online to play smash online and dragon ball fighterz online or splatoon so I'ma just stick to the 22 cad a year
Or get some friends and split the bill. If you have four people you're spending 20 bucks a piece or the price of the standard online.
I bought it to play Fire Emblem 7. Thats it
so playing snes nes and n64 games on switch isnt free?
yes yor right I not paying that much for dlc and old games just buy the 20$ one only
B-but majoraâs maskâŠ
The expansion pack is worth it for the most part
If you simply wanna play games online, don't bother
But if you want dlc for your games and want to play n64 and Sega genesis games, it's extremely worth it
Why he's basing it off 3 years I have no idea cause none of the dlc or emulated games have 3 years of content included
If you're on the fence, dive in, it's more worth it than not and you can always swap back if you don't use it
Bro just emulate you donât need to buy the console
I would love love love love Aladin Sega but they never pay Disney
You can just buy it on eBay for like $15
I'd rather pay PlayStation Plus for $49 for 12 months all I had to do is just pay 49 and that's it I get to play for 12 months
Using emulator to play retro games : I'm a joke to you
Yeah but I hate the N64 controller and I REEEEAAALLLYYY wanna play Ocarina of Time and Majoraâs mask, also I have no clue where to get Mario 64
Short answer: Yes.
$49.99 dollars a year ain't bad for a subscription service + dlc yall just tweakin
Long run is a waste of money
@@therealjaystone2344 its about the same amount as Psn and Xbox Live Gold, just if it was 10 bucks more
And most games require the expansion pack now too
Switch titleâs donât
this is of you are buying the DLC once every year
it is 40 bucks a year not 80 so it is worth it...
40TH!! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!
Yes i have it
Or just use those websites where you can play games online
I'll stick with the og one
You can just emulate the retro games
Unless they make original games and give more dlc this won't be worth it
Yes
Noice
did you know about emulation
80 bucks a yr? It's 40!
They have sega genesis?
110 cad ;-;
PokĂ©mon trades umm you can buy online wow Iâd be rich
Bro the expansion pack is so cheap, why does it need a review đ
or better of, use an emulator on Android or PC
Emulator
đ
Yes so you can support Nintendo and I need to make up for all the Wii games I pirated because I'm not buying a game and all the DS game I pirated so I made up the money that makes up all those bad things I did
No it is not. Iâm not paying $50 a year. Iâm the only one with a Switch.
and the worst part is that the n64 games map the switch button all weird on there is why the pack is not worth it.
N64 NSO games were last minute thoughts
Buy the old console? Sorry but how about I just do a bit of đŽââ ïžđŽââ ïžđŽââ ïžđŽââ ïžđŽââ ïžđŽââ ïž
In conclusion: Buy the DLC individually and emulate all of the retro games. Simple.
Or better yet just join a NSO or NSOexpansion group
For me this is not worth beacuse I have dlc that are in this Nintendo online + expansion pack
this is not worth it dawg $50 for this when you can get so many more games with a gamepass subscription on xbox⊠And Nintendo wonders why they donât get people paying for this shi
No. The emulators suck
And if you got the DLCs seperately, it would be cheaper than paying that subscription assuming you have all the games for them.
The real answer is no, just emulate for FREE.
I think this guy is a Nintendo Ninja
*laughs in emulation, friend who has mk8d dlc, doesnt have splatoon 2, and shut up about anch*
Or *emulate*
good
Bruh just buy the n64 console and games for like 200$ this is not dkoldies alright
