- This is My dawat special party platter recipe with 5 different chicken kebab over rice, you will see 1: tandoori chicken tikka boti 2: malai boti 3: haryali boti 4: chicken seekh kabab 5: Chicken tikka seekh kabab, these kebabs are prepared without coals & grill in oven and on the stove top by using a pan and some salt in it. By following this method you can prepare perfect BBQ at home without any hassle.
