- How to make Turkish adana kebab Without grill and skewers (In pan)
ingredients:
--onion medium size
--green chilies to taste
--red bell pepper 4 tbs (chopped)
--garlic 4-5 cloves
--fat 50 gram
--hand chopped mince 450 gram
--salt to taste
--chili flakes 1/2 tsp or to taste
--paprika powder 1/2 tsp or to taste
1 - 2 tbs oil for frying
SALAD
__ onion
__ tomato
__ parsley
__ salt
__ sumac (Substitute : pomegranate powder / lemon juice / vinegar) - Jak na to + styl

Some good point;
1- onion must ne granited and out of onion water before the mixing
2-Adana kebap originally mixed with dried red pepper powder ( for hot and good colour and spicy )
3- Have to be use ship tail oil (about 10%)
4 - Meat must be sliced with handy and big knife, never use a machine.
