What a piece of carp, lol. I had a 2004 that had water damage, but otherwise was unmolested. I would never buy something that a child had modified and put holes in the fiberglass. Sand, wow, that is a new low... I repaired my floor by cutting the bottom layer of fiberglass off underneath. Is what we see 5 mins in the bottom layer of the floor? (mine had the inner fiberglass floor, plywood under, then the outer fiberglass floor. Did yours have the inside upper fiberglass floor or was it always wood, or did PO remove the fiberglass? I have doubts if you dont remove the outer floor and get to everything/ what is under bench and cabinet. To do over I would just take out all the floor fiberglass, top and bottom layer, and use plywood. It sit in a truck bed anyway. Make it where you can have access in the future and where water can drain out quick. The Roamer I had was literally the "mythical" one in the Truck Camper Magazine website.
