Ingredients
Gelatin : 30 grams
sugar : 250 grams
hot water : 120 ml/1/2 cup
Vanilla essence : few drops
Food color : few drops
Water : 120ml/1/2 cup
corn flour or icing sugar as needed
Hello everyone.... I hope you enjoyed the recipe video.... this is my no fail marshmallow recipe without corn syrup and candy thermometer , I have already shared a marshmallow recipe 2 years back and that video is little fast, so, I thought to share a new video for my new subscribers.... this recipe was tried by many viewers and received positive feedback, so you can try this recipe without any hesitation, but please follow the exact measurements and procedure, it will turn super delicious, give it a try and let me know how it turned 😃 here is my old video link : czcams.com/video/oZpSHX4xCsk/video.html
Also many asked me why are you using gelatin when it’s not halal? But now a days halal gelatin is available in everywhere, so I have shown the pack which I use , so that it would be helpful for many people

@@shaziyasrecipes i tried to make marshmallows with the herb marshmallow in it. i still have a lot of those capsules and also some powdered gelatin. i will make it soon but wondered if you know anything about using marshmallow herb powder (in caps as a nutritional supplement) in or on marshmallows?

Omg!! I tried this today with half the proportions because I wasn't sure it would work.
But with hardly 3 ingredients it worked like a charm, so soft and airy and delicious!!.

I just stumbled onto this video and after watching it I thought to myself, why not give it a try since I've got time. Then I tried and failed at first attempt because I burnt the mixture after adding in the gelatin to the sugar syrup. Then I try the second time without burning the mixture and it worked! Thanks so much! You've earned yourself a new subscriber! This recipe here is quick and easy and doesn't require a lot of ingredients!

Just made a batch and it tastes great! This is the best recipe, simple and easy. I did mix mine a bit too long as i used my bench mixer but non the less I know now. This is my go to recipe now 👍👍👍😚😚😚

is it possible to reduce the sweet?, where we suppose to lessen the sugar? because you put sugar two x , th first with jelly or the second from the sauce pan water and sugar ? and will effect if we lessen the sugar?

I like your recipe I like the fact that you use cornstarch at the end instead of powder sugar ..that’s so much less sweet and so much better thanks for sharing I will give them a try
I tried it today! Because I had no Vanilla extract I used two packets of vanillin sugar and added it to the regular sugar. It worked well! They so chewy and just perfect! I can’t wait to try out different flavours, colours etc.. Thank you for that recipe 👌🏻🥰

I never knew Gelatin is non vegetarian. Thanks for that. I'll make sure I'll check products with gelatin and avoid them
Agar is made out of seaweed, try using that.
Gelatin is made from pork.
Agar agar is difficult to use. Gelatin tastes bad. I'm avoiding gelatin as well. If you figure out how to use agar agar let me know.
