Wulfrik the wanderer, also known as "Eternal Challenger" and the "Inescapable One" spends most of his time hunting a chubby doctor and doesn't kill it at the end. give the man at least armour piercing.
Fun fact regarding the Ice trolls: They have a base -25% weakness to fire that increases to -45% due to the regeneration passive
Any time I see a thumbnail with Wulfric's face, I can't help but remember how Tariff has utterly murdered Norsca with memes.
Tariff is just desecrating the corpse, CA murdered Norsca with the sheer neglect of them.
Whoever made that Thumbnail deserves a raise.

Wulfrik forces Festus to take a bath
Im pretty sure there would be nothing left of him after that bath...
It feels like that game would have indeed been over way earlier if Wulfrik had pulled out and around the Chosen, rather than pushing through when chasing festus. Wulfrik wasted a load of time and took a load of unnecessary damage.
Its hard to have that level of micro though. I certainly don't.

Warriors of Chaos are such a bad faction, really don't have much in the way of meaningful anti large and suffer a lot to it/shooting etc. with no real ways of shutting any of this down on the flipside
I suffer trying to get top 100 in ranked with this faction, pure pain, such a useless and slow faction imo. Once housecat lost his knights, which btw are a very bad unit since they only have 24 models and not enough mass for what they're supposed to be, the rest of the faction is so slow they can be played around, countered etc.
I think exalted heroes are probably a must for the tanky mobility that can move around and shift fights.
Marks on many of chaos's units make a HUGE difference stat wise, non marked spawn are no where near as good as the slanesh/tzeentch versions, they need to change the way marks are handled on this faction, maybe make it so lords/heroes don't count towards the cap and just make it 3-4 for the general units. Having a few more units that aren't complete trash would help for the fact this faction is so immobile and does nothing well.
I think this faction is the worst in the game rn.
WoC is fine.
For anti-large - Halberds are great; Halberd Chosen are even better if the opponent doesn't have great anti-elite options. Dragon Ogres are alright; Horsemen/Horsemasters put out some okay ranged damage, and Kholek is pretty meta right now, and should be very good vs Norsca.
This was just a case of Swords of Chaos being kind of bad vs Norsca (and in general frankly), putting the WoC way down in value early, and Festus not really getting the value.
Also, a different Chosen variant, whether it be dual weapons, great weapons, or halberds, likely would have been better in this game, since there wasn't much ranged from the Norsca side, and he had Knights of Immolation to handle things if there was.
@@Matt-ln7lb Valkia also would have been a much better pick here. She puts a pretty big beat down on Wulfrik and can pick and choose when to engage him and flying away if he use his debuff on her. Getting rid of his charge bonus is a nice bonus aswell.

@@Matt-ln7lb I noticed that as well - I'm not sure I can find any justification for sword and board chosen over dual weapons/halberds. Though of course, basically throwing SoC and KoI RoRs away was the main issue imo.
Damn swords of chaos were wasted here should have pulled out as soon as he saw wulfrik
