    Key note: Dr. Ernest E. Just missed his mother's death by 1 hr. This tragedy of the loss of both parents, set him on the path to achieve the highest of educational accolades. He was making six figures back in the early 19th century, doing research in Europe.

    His son Highwarden Just was my student counselor at Crisp County High in the late 70's. He also was extremely intelligent and very focused on education.

    That was a great presentation. Your made for the job. Ernest Everett Just was another great African American scientist. I'm studying African American inventors in UK and this presentation was informative. Keeping doing them 😁.

    just wrote a university essay about him! crazy the work that was built upon his which he gained no recognition for! "Giving due credit to Just is important also because the same oppressive forces that stymied his achievements also militated against his receiving proper recognition."
