for PS make sure to equip Torrent on the fast slots. also make sure when he's almost dead you finish up on horse, placing the camera towards you - you will see when the feathers move, that's when you RUN. you should do 4-5 at first, level up get the scarab and pickled feet (recipe and 3 pax are with Patches) then come back an finish him off, MORE xp because the little ones die too. then it's a soft cap in terms of efficiency, move to the chicken in Moghwin, very efficient (approx 180-200K per 3 minutes of pickle). hf

Equip rotten breathe from dragon communal in Caelid. The dragon has three phases to his health.
Keep hitting the dragon 2-4 times till the rot starts and just chillax. You'll have to do this 3 times. First rot will last 1/3 of the dragons health. The second 2/3 and for the last you don't even have to be near the dragon. Just wait on your grace site, when the dragon does you rest. Cheers!

Edit: I farmed it 3 times before I accidentally killed it because of bleed lol, aslong as your on torent before it dies you can get back and rest easily, I just wasn’t on torrent and barely missed it (not as hard as many are making out in comments)

the biggest trick is to get back.recommend uchi almost all the way,than finish with venomous fang and poison mist,u basically ride back and watch him die right from the site
Great guide! I’d suggest too though to use poison pots to do the last 3000 or so hp. This makes getting back to the site of grace and using pickled fowl foot pretty leisurely.
It definitely still works. I ruined it on my first play through. Now in ng+. Did it 5 times. You need to be at the grace BEFORE it flinches then rest. Messed up the 6th time, cat jumped up in my face 😂

I tried to hit that dragon till the health was low. But, when i rest, i didnt get the runes. So, i did it again but i failed. After that, i kill that dragon and it never appear again =( but then I realized that I should run with my horse when I kill that dragon. But nie is too late =(
I just did it.... but I don't think I made it back to the shrine quick enough and as a result the dragon hasn't respawned.
That sucks… at least u got some runes tho!
What I did is just start over the game since I wasn’t as far into the game

I am actually doing this right now but I was wondering if I use a summons when the dragon is low. Could I get a head start on heading towards the grace or would that cancel out the respawn?
Update I summoned the dogs and they won't attack the dragon so you will have to do it yourself.

The only problem with this farm is it isn’t obvious when it’s dying and if you mess it up once, it’s over for an entire playthrough. No obvious death animation or noise, didn’t make it to the grace in time. Absolute joke.

You already at the spot to get millions of Ruin with one kill using the passwords 5% and the golden XP kill a Invader summon two people to help you I'm a level 501 and mostly got all my ruins pvp from that spot you standing at my name is savagethegreat sometimes I get 1 million ruins just killing one player I'll be up to 10 million less than 6 players

@@mkruge9076 I will say that I can't seem to make the Flail's special attack work though. It just isn't hitting the dragon at all.
@@mccreezo102 hmm maybe angle of attack adjust? I only got a couple or so of the dragon respawn before I just gotnthe runes and 5 dragon hearts. The rune farm I use now at level 209 is the ordina staircase. With scarab ,right now the fall takes 64 seconds and nets about 113k runes per jump. Less tedious than moghs but more clicking and not sure which is better given you can run fowl foot and not fast travel amd lose it. With the jumps of you get the runes and are still falling instead of no swing then die you can fast travel back to grace and not lose your runes.
