You're good at Hmong 😁 I love you
I am Hmong
Great video Nkauj Dawb..hehehe..keep up the good work and videos..becoming big fan.
That’s so nice of you. Thanks so much!!
What a great lesson! I've did not learnt writen Hmong growing up and your videos are helpful. By the way the word "tshuaj" can also be use for "chemical". It's ironic how one word can be an antonym of itself. 😂
Nyob zoo os tug niam hluag kuv zoo siab pom koj hias kuv cov lug hmoob os
Kuv xav ua phoojywg nrog koj puas tau os
Thank you for coming back! Fantastic video as always!
Thanks so much! Yeah, I haven't released videos as often as I would like, but thanks for the support! It means a lot!
Thank you. This is very helpful.
So glad! Thanks so much!
Zoo kawg le os!

I’m glad I found your channel and website, I hope to get a premium membership soon when I start working. Hmong has been one of the languages I’ve recently started studying and it’s hard to find resources that are high quality.
Wonderful! :) :) :) We look forward to getting to know you better. Feel free to email us with any questions you have on our website www.StudyHmong.com. We are happy to help anywhere we can! :D
Yes it's a very difficult language to teach unless you grew up Hmoob and speak it. Alot of sounds is uncommon and alot Americans cant say them. Lol. Very interesting I ran across your channel, you speak good Hmoob for a white girl lol. Very happy to see other people and cultures wanting to learn. 😁👍🏼
Zoo heev!
Ua tsaug ntau os.
Where and when did you start learning to speak and teach Hmoob, very interesting to see a non Hmoob person teaching our language very happy that you are interested and knowledgeable about our language. Very cool. 😁
Koj hais tau lus Hmoob Dawb zoo, thiab sau tau zoo heev.
Ua tsaug ntau os. :D
Nice!
Thanks so much.
Nkauj dawb yog ib npe ntxim hlub thiab ntxim nyiam kawg li.
Ua tsaug os.
Your Hmong is better than most second generation Hmong American and a good fraction of First generations. Our Hmong history is very rich predating Chinese era in China. Even before the the time of our king Chiyou 2005bc. I will highly recommend your videos. I look forward to more videos.. Thank you for trying to teach our people their native language.
Thanks so much for sharing the videos, and for saying that you like them so much. It is so very encouraging to hear.
Zoo siab heev tau pom koj teach ntawv Hmoob os me ntxhai ❤️❤️👍
Ua koj tsaug ntau os. :D
Hahaha! I like your name! Nkauj Dawb! xD
Thanks, a Hmong friend gave it to me way back when I first started learning!
Hi nyob zoo os tus sister koj hais tau lus hmong zoo heev kuv xav kawm lus meskas heev koj puas kam qhia hauv no
Never heard of thiv thoov but I heard of thav txwm = towel.
The response should’ve have been:
‘Aws zoo heev. Tseem tshuav sijhawm ntau es cia kuv da dej mi ntsi ua ntej wb mus.’
It’s kind of a broken hmong sentence with just ntej mus.
“kuj tau thiab” means “allow, ok to use, or permissible.”
“kuv thov koj ib qhov tshuaj zawv plaubhau puas tau?”=“Can I beg you for a shampoo ?”
“Lauj” means “Pull” or a last name of a Hmong clan.
This language is difficult as fk. I have new hmong friends at work and I want to be able to talk to them in their language but I'm feeling discouraged. I don't know how to make the sounds come out of my mouth like that!
Maybe videos here might help: czcams.com/play/PLoUe6cI34OItvheJ91t1pl2zlX4BrrWnV.html&si=yscz-RrWq-uUW6qg
Have you ever dated a hmong person and spoke with their elders?
