Great advice video which applies to sex in general regardless of the genders involved. As you rightly said it, consent is definitely the most important thing, but also communication is very important too.
Great that you pointed out that everybody has/had their first time. Nobody was born an expert.
I also get the impression that Shell also wants to have a say in your videos and that's just the cutest.
Those conversations are necessary in a relationship, it's a way to deeper the connection, trust and confidence between two partners. I think that sex is the most intimate part of ourselves and if you can talk to someone about it freely, safely, without judgement you have a strong foundation for a good relationship or a friendship.

As a heterosexual Male born in the early fifties I'm sure I could have used all of this considerations to mine own and my partners advantage too. Thx ladies, I found this chat so validating! I think everyone has had preconceived notions what all their firsts should be like. This is relevant to any relationship that involves intimacy. Accepting that it’s okay to not know what you’re doing and that it’s normal to learn as you go is vital! I feel strongly that this information is possibly the most important part of sex Ed that is missing from the (UK) National Curriculum! Love Sundays! So looking forward to the coming book club chat! Consent that important no matter what type of relationship that your in be it straight or gay ! I also think that communication is also important ! It amazes me that people talk but don't let there partner know what they want ! Nobody is mind reader, we need to communicate what we will except and what we won't !
