I see a lot of negative comments about the chef handling 7 deep fryers at the same time. You can tell he is running the show and just wants to get the food out hot, fast and consistently. My advice to him is that he should smile more and not be so serious and maybe people won't see him as a push over instead they will see him as a nice guy that just wants to feed his customers as fast as he can in the nicest way possible.

Nice food, but this is what i don't like in this video 0:52-0:55 you can see that in same oil they fry fish and calamari. Calamari than get smell like fish. That is what i don't like, I eat calamari which smell like fish. big no no for me, but that is my opinion.
