- Hello everyone! This took much longer than I anticipated, but I am proud to present my restored release of the legendary Callas Aida from Mexico City, 1951.
Physical CDs are available on eBay. Save me as a seller as i will have more releases in future:

I also now can provide FLAC downloads, via sellfy:

This video compares my work to a major 2017 "remastered" release, which shall remain nameless, but is probably the most widely available release of this performance. And it's just not that good.
As the video shows, i have removed/minimised audience noise, prompters and hum, and repaired faults in the recording.
There is still a spot of high end distortion on some of the louder singing, which is also present in the other releases. To remove this would affect the tone of the voices, which I wanted to avoid. There are also a few minor pops and clicks, but they aren't really noticeable. - Hudba
Callas lives within each of her fans so I never consider her gone. She lives with me every day as I listen to daily and was blessed to have seen her final tour and be in her presence for a few hours .
Great work my friend. Grazie. Viva Callas la unica Divina Regina. Arnold Bourbon Amaral

You've done a great job with the restoring of the recording!
Your job is magnificent, the best effort for restoration so far. I am looking for your next editions
Very well made!
Thank you.

Marvelous!!! Nice to see you again!!!
Your remastering is amazing!
ICE COLD CHILLS!!! And GREAT JOB!!!
Great work!
Callasfan I’ve loved your channel for years and I’m so excited about this Aïda restoration project 😍 Could you do her Vestale that opened the ‘54 LaScala season with Corelli? It’s such an INCREDIBLE recording and the LaScala orchestra actually plays in tune and on time 🤣 But it’s awful quality and the Warner “remaster” is a LOL.
risultati molto buoni,grazie
Sounds really good. Post it on the opera subreddit if you haven't already.
Bravo, great work!
Solid. Gold. Singing.
Bravooooo !!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Perfetto, senza eguali.

Hi, how is the LP label source? BJR?
It is indeed my copy of the BJR LP, which I bought sealed.
@@CallasfanRecordings do you know how many Callas performances BJR put out? I have all of them except for maybe 2 a norma and a tosca.
