Those 7.0/7.1 controllers are much nicer than they used to be, but they still can't be bound to something like a flysky transmitter like Clark and Taigen/Torro controllers can be.
Just purchased a 7.1 tiger/t90 board for my mato metal tiger 1. Alot of people moan about these heng long bords but they are so much better than they used to be. Gonna stick the servo for recoil on the bb unit so it can shoot bbs with a realistic barrel recoil and its not that hard to do. These boards have pretty good sounds with some bigger speakers in boxes and theres alot of room in the back of tiger 1s. The motor speeds are alot better aswell alot of different stages 5 i think and also the start up and pulsing of the pump for the smoke unit.just wish i could reduce the whine from the drive gears. Anyone know how to dampen the screeching sound at low speeds from gearboxes? I have the mato 5.1 gearbox.something to do with the frequency I think. Cheers again TOUCAN HOBBY great service.
you should add dielectric grease to dampen and lubricate the gears so you dont hear anything from them unless its the motor when it has too much strain because of the weight at that speed. you could install aluminum heatsinks with a fan on the motors if so.
How do you use the periscope servo (CH5). I think I see a servo at the upper right that isn't for the main turret rotation and elevation. Is that the periscope servo?

There are two extra sockets for barrel lifting servo and recoil servo for 7.1 main board than 7.0 main board.
