[Painkiller] C03E04: Ruins - Trauma 5 Stars

Easily the hardest level in the game to get 5 stars on, likely even more so than Tower - much to my surprise.
There is footage out there somewhere of an impressive 4:22 run on this level, but I am not interested in grinding this any further despite the substantial room for improvement on my end. In addition to being rather loose in nature, my routing largely revolved around prioritizing ammo pickups that I most frequently overlooked throughout my countless attempts, as opposed to maximizing the timesave factor in a way that would warrant a sub-5 run on this.
