  • • Ingredients: layered pastry steamed buns
    Streaky pork fillings 500 grams, 0:28,
    Light soy sauce 3 spoons, 0:54,
    Green beans 700 grams, 1:09,
    Green onion pieces 70 grams, 2:16,
    Ginger pieces 30 grams, 2:29,
    Cooking oil 50 grams, 3;38,
    A little bit of chicken powder 3:42,
    Szechuan peppercorns half spoon, 3:46,
    Oyster oil 1 spoon, 3:48,
    A little bit of salt 4:00,
    Flour 500 grams(we can use low-protein flour, all-purpose flour or high-protein flour) 2:46,
    Yeast 5 grams, 2:46,
    Water 320 grams, 2:57,
    Lard 5:03,
    • After finish making the steamed buns, we keep them for 3-5 mins. Heat the water to be boiling and then start steaming it. Steam it for about 20 mins and we can take it out.
    • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

    五花肉皮切丁放入锅里煸炒出油,加上新鲜肉炒,再加面酱或酱油炒香,加各种调料和泡软的干虾米,然后加入豆角炒熟。这样口感更好一点

      而且肉皮要用水煮熟。加入的素菜和炒肉的馅料是分开的,包的时候分别加入包子。
      破酥包是西南的特色小吃,没想到北方也有。😊
