- Atchu Murukku( rose Cookies) are very popular snack during Christmas season. It’s so delicious and very simple to make it. In this video I have showed how to make it at home easier.
Ingredients:
Raw roce flour - 3/4cups
Maida/all purpose flour- 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1cup
Black seaseme seeds - 1 teasoppn
Coconut milk- 400mls
Water- 10mls
Egg-2
Pinch of salt
Vanilla essence 2.5mls
Oil to deep fry
