How to stay close to Allah when you're on your period

- There is sadly so much misconception about period and how it can't be a spiritual for Muslimahs, but having your period is a healthy and natural process Allah (swt) chose for us!
Whether you feel a void in your heart for not being able to do your salah or hold a mus'haf or you tend to get off track and have a hard time getting back into the swing of things when your period is over, there are many ways that you can preserve your imaan and stay close to Allah during this time!

Wow, i just got my period and this video come 😊
I like to keep most of my regular routine through my cycle, so instead of breaking for salah, I break for recitation/reflection/dhikr etc. This helps avoid the disorienting feeling between cycles and just helps me to stay in a better headspace overall.
