  • The fountain turn at the Long Beach Grand Prix rates as one of the most crucial corners for IMSA's drivers to navigate, and with a brass sculpture and thousands of flowers surrounding the turn, it also rates as one of the most beautiful sections of any stop on the WeatherTech Championship calendar.

Totaling 2,232 Lobelias around the fountain and they are set in a checkerboard pattern. It takes 2 days to complete and about 7 weeks to bloom. There are more than 6,600 Lobelias planted in various areas for the Grand Prix of Long Beach.
