i dont get why people dislike this weapon. its a slightly slower SMG with 5 less rounds in the clip, but it basically give you free mini-crits in return.

I'm pretty sure only damage from the Carbine itself gives Crikey. Sniper's whole thing is standing far away so you use your primary, or even mid range with the Huntsman, whereas the Carbine demands being in close range, it's just not a good place to be as Sniper
Really, the only thing it's good for is a close range gimmick loadout with the Bushwhacka

Great Weapon for MvM by the way. Combining it with the Bushwacka and some firing upgrades you basically have a way for Sniper to help with Tanks or larger enemies if you're skilled enough
