About the last like "Sold my soul and play more Teemo". Oh boy, I'm already deep in that path. Teemo is the only one that gives me the gremlin satisfaction as they walk over dozens of shrooms and getting kills from shrooms I long forgot I placed.
When a cc that lastv3 sec does not have at least 7sec cd, you know their balance team together couldnt hit an iq lvl equivalent of the age of their youngest member.

It's a conditional CC that only really counters Urgot, Trynd, Udyr, Vayne, Briar and Yi, everyone else in the game can kill you outside autos
Not to mention you have to be full build for it, plus sacrifice more useful items. This is only a game changer in the 1/1000 matches with one of these counter champs carrying and the game going over 40 minutes

Something I never understood is that if the developers themselves are commited to the meta players came up with, why have they not made a solution to the support role?
Like: Role gains no experience, but instead is the average level of the team. So the support player can roam where ever the hell they want, drop wards and support a lane without taking half the experience while they're there.

Layperson’s opinion: maybe have a maximum duration cap per entity affected for the blind? I think a min cooldown just feels bad, and that way allows you to spread the love instead of perma-blinding one person.

Teemo support can buy vigilant wardstone. Which gives +20% ability haste. Easy and cheep build to get over 200 ability haste.
Liandries, cooldown boots, cosmic drive, imperial mandate, vigilant wardstone.
This build is suuuper cheep, and insane ability haste very early.
You can get the Q down to 2.2 seconds
If you make it to late game and are full build you can sell your original support item, and buy another full item.
With your shrooms on 5.6 second cooldown, and a vigilant wardstone, you don’t need your support item anymore.
this is always fun when deal with people like trynd and olaf.

Been building cosmic every time there is no way of dominating a lane. You become utility god and god forbid you come to objectives 30 sec early, cause you shit all over it, and it recovers just in time for a fight on it

Well its not a literal perma blind if you would consider distance of Q traveled and the time needed for it, if its close up sure, its perma, but if you were to kite you would always get 1 shot off before he blinds you again.

How about a part 2 where you take grasp and build full tank (aiming especially for tank items that give move speed) and so you can live to ruin ADC lives for as long as possible?
That is only useful against champions made in 1980, any other champion will just have more range, more sustain and more damage. Teemo nowadays is played best just cleaning waves and rotating to place mushrooms in the map. It is very rare scenarios where you can AA or Q constantly in a TF without getting one taped, most of the fights you just gonna throw mushrooms and do a AA + Q Combo then run.
You reallly should play more Teemo.

@@plasticelephant1969 no, the system always tries to balance your visible rank and mmr (hidden rank). When your mmr is higher than your hidden rank, then you will get a LOT of lp and lose very little so you get the rank you actually deserve. At least that's how it should work

the moment i started playing i had terrible mmr this season, i got to gold 1 through sheer will, but then again, it was impossible to climb higher even with 74% win rate.
