Campfire cooking - Making Bannock -Bushcraft skills - Damper bread - Bread

Hi folks
I've had some requests for me to show my version of bannock bread.
See below for the recipe items needed:
Self raising flour
Dried milk powder
Salt
Sugar
Finally anything you wish to add.....Happy cooking and let me know your comments and suggestions.

Hi Des yes your spelling of hHeaphy is correct I have done parts of this walk one from Collingwood Nth end and two the Katipo shelter Sth end Karamea end

Mate I seriously can't remember what we walked but I do know it was an excellent location and the huts were great too

Hi Des We Have beautiful forests in Nz My favourie Forest is the Whirinaki There are a number of huts but many places you can just camp! I will certainly keep you informed as to how I coninue with Damper Bread Best regards KevinNZ
