Shimizu is one of Japan’s lesser-known treasures. Visit some of it’s shrines and temples with me, as well as celebrated local Jirocho - an entrepreneur-with-a-colorful past - birthplace and maritime house, harbor, Dream Plaza Mall with the model of Mount Fuji made out of sushi! The local food and hospitality are not to be missed.
